Our return policy lasts 20 days after you receive your package. If 20 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
**Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Previous shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item NOT in its original unused condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have refunded your credit card or paypal account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail. If you entered the incorrect or incomplete address on your order, we will not issue refunds for parcels not received.
Cancellations - We can only do order cancellations 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order is too far into processing for us to cancel it. We cannot do order cancellations or refunds once a product has shipped.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or shipping carriers. We try our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
You will not be eligible for a refund if you REFUSE delivery of your package. We will not refund packages that have been refused.
We only exchange items if they are unopened and unused and sent back within 20 days of receipt. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com for prior authorization.
