We will ship out your order in 2-5 days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7-20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom. ***** Due to Covid-19, shipping delays are causing some package delivery times to be longer than normal.*****  We cannot ship to APO addresses. Hawaii and Alaska and Other countries can take up to 40 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Where does my product ship from? We have warehouses in California, USA and China so where your product ships from may depend on what you ordered and which country you are located in at the time of order. You may find more information on the product page you ordered from.

Refund & Replacement Policies If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Note: ineedthatshop will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels.
